What is the pricing model for em-PACT?
em-PACT has a two-part pricing model:
A one time implementation fee that covers:
- Configuring em-PACT to mirror your activation process;
- Training;
- Migration of existing studies.
Ongoing support via a monthly subscription fee that covers:
- Cloud hosting fees;
- Technical support;
- Changes to implemented workflows based on improvements identified in your current processes.
How long does it take to implement?
Typically 2-8 weeks. Factors which will inform the implementation include what types of studies are being conducted at your site, number and availability of people requiring training, and the amount of configuration required.
Does this replace our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)?
No. em-PACT is a management system designed to oversee the process of activating a clinical study rather than an operational system addressing specific aspects of opening a trial (e.g., study budgets, billing compliance, regulatory documents, etc).
What if, after implementation, we change our processes because we have identified an area where improvements were needed?
Changes to existing processes and workflows are covered under your standard monthly subscription contract. Additional processes and workflows can be added at a defined hourly rate.
Can em-PACT be used for trials other than cancer trials?
Yes! em-PACT can be used by any organizations opening clinical trials to enrollment.
